Research overview：
本研究では、量子レベルで制御された光を用いる事によって、既存の顕微鏡の性能限界を打破する生体イメージング手法の開発を目指します。具体的には、量子光源の一種であるスクイーズド光と非線型光学顕微鏡の技術を融合することによって、低侵襲深部多光子顕微鏡を実現します。さらに、量子光源による多光子相互作用を利用した生体内のコヒーレントな量子現象の観測も視野に入れながら研究を進めます。
