Research overview：
ヒトiPS細胞から誘導したヒト肝細胞の有用性と安全性をin vivoで検証するため、1)ヒト肝細胞移植に最適な「ヒト化最適マウス」の樹立、2)ヒト肝細胞移植による「肝臓ヒト化モデル」の樹立、3)ヒト遺伝性疾患の患者より樹立したiPS細胞からのヒト変異肝細胞の誘導とその移植による「変異肝臓ヒト化マウス」の樹立、4)病態解析による検証と治療法開発のための「病態モデル」の開発を行います。
