Research overview：
造血幹細胞は私たちの体をめぐる全ての血液細胞を作り、維持しています。異常な細胞を見分けて排除できるT 細胞もその一つです。近年、一部の造血幹細胞では加齢に伴い遺伝子に傷がつき、白血病発症の温床になることがわかりました。したがって、この異常な造血幹細胞クローンを制御できれば、白血病を予防できる可能性があります。そこで本研究では、異常な造血幹細胞とT 細胞の関わりを理解し、白血病を予防する方法を探ります。
