Research overview：
膜タンパク質の結晶構造解析では詳細構造に基づく構造機能相関の議論が必要です。タンパク質結晶から高分解能データを収集するためには複数の結晶を用いることが不可避になりつつあり、多くの結晶を均質に調製するマウント手法こそが次世代構造解析の鍵になります。本研究提案ではグラフェン超薄膜を用いて膜タンパク質結晶を均質に調製する手法を確立し、膜タンパク質高分解能結晶構造解析のための基盤技術開発を目指します。
