Research overview：
生体分子は、様々な相互作用を介し生命機能を担う分子複合体や生体を形づくる超分子複合体を形成します。本研究では、超解像顕微鏡の技術上の壁を打ち破る高密度画像と無制限多重染色を実現した独自のIRISによる細胞-病理研究を提案します。多種分子に対するIRISプローブを構築し、生体内での分子複合体の形成過程を分子のスケールで網羅的に可視化する、革新的細胞研究・病理診断プラットフォームを樹立します。
