Research overview：
本研究では、原子レベルでの構造作製/評価に立脚する酸化物薄膜物性研究を行います。特に、デバイス作製において大きな課題となっている、本来の機能が発現しないdead layerの要因解明と活性化に取り組みます。原子レベルでの薄膜物性解明とその積極的制御を通じて酸化物エレクトロニクスのパラダイムシフトを目指し、“新物質科学と元素戦略”に寄与していきます。
