Research overview：
高等真核細胞でDT40細胞を含むニワトリBリンパ細胞株だけが標的組み換えとランダムインテグレーションを同頻度でおこします。この研究の目的は、なぜニワトリBリンパ細胞株でのみ標的組み換えが効率良く起こるのかを解明し、その性質をヒトや植物細胞にも移植することにあります。この目的が達成できれば、遺伝子治療、品種改良、遺伝子ノックアウトが容易になります。
