Research overview：
脳は柔軟性の特徴を有し、外部の感覚情報を処理して特定の行動を出力します。感覚情報の変動、あるいは脳や感覚器の機能低下が生じても、その程度が軽ければ安定に行動を出力します。また、新たな入力-出力関係を再学習することもできます。脳の柔軟性によって、状況変化に適応できます。この脳における柔軟な情報処理機構を、特に視覚・運動連関に注目し、多脳領野にわたる多細胞の神経活動や神経回路を解析して明らかにします。
