Research overview：
身の回りに存在する様々な微粒子が免疫反応に影響を及ぼしています。最近話題になっている大気中の微粒子であるPM2.5などは免疫反応を増強することでアレルギー性炎症を悪化させると考えられています。しかしながらそのメカニズムに関しては明らかにされておりません。本研究では微粒子吸入により誘導されるアレルギー性炎症をモデルの一つとして、微粒子による免疫活性化のメカニズムを明らかにすることを目的としています。
