磁場に不感な極低温汎用温度計の開発

Research overview：

極低温下で高磁場環境はSiウエハーの成長に使われるなど、最先端の科学技術を支える有用な環境である。このような環境や装置開発には室温から極低温まで合理的な感度と磁場に不感な温度計が不可欠である。研究代表者はCernox(Zr-N-O)を開発した経験から、Cernoxの欠点を改良した、小型で高速応答を備えた新たな温度計の開発を試みる。
