Research overview：
造血幹細胞の未分化性維持およびその自己複製が誘導される生態学的適所(niche)を定義し、niche構成細胞と造血幹細胞の細胞間相互作用の中でも、幹細胞の自己複製に関わるextrinsicシグナルを解明し、個体内ではいかにこのシグナルが時間的制御により、幹細胞の分化、未分化を決定するのかを解明する。そして本研究に立脚し、真の造血幹細胞の試験管内増幅を誘導する方法論の確立を目指します。
