真核生物の染色体DNAは細胞周期の特定の時期にただ一回だけ全体が複製するように調節されています。高等真核生物と類似性のある複製開始点を持つ分裂酵母をモデル系として、試験管内で制御を再現する系を開発し、複製開始機構の解明を目指します。
