Research overview：
オオムギゲノムに存在する遺伝子を包括的に解析する技術および遺伝子単離技術を開発した。これらを用いてオオムギ遺伝子の機能を解析した。さらに、オオムギ遺伝資源に存在する有用な遺伝子を効率よく制御して実用品種を選抜するシステムを開発した。
