Research overview：
本研究では、ナノスケールの高周波電気メスを製作し、ナノスケールの細胞加工技術を構築します。銀ナノワイヤを電気メスとして使用し、銀ナノワイヤ表面の導電性を自己組織化膜によって絶縁し、細胞センシングを行います。トップダウンからボトムアップの要素が融合し、マイクロからナノオーダーにわたる大きなダイナミックレンジで革新的低侵襲細胞加工技術を確立し、遺伝子工学や発生工学などの分野の発展に大きく貢献します。
