本提案ではパーソナルデータの機械学習を利用した情報提供において、サービス提供者によるプライバシ保護データマイニングを用いた透明性、安全性、プライバシ保護の3つの達成を目指します。機械学習や暗号などの要素技術を用い、正常なデータ提供者のプライバシを保護しつつ攻撃的なデータ提供を防ぎます。さらにサービスの透明化のためのデータ公開をプライバシを保護しつつ行います。
