Research overview：
生命を維持する細胞内のシステムは、多彩な分子機械が協調的に働くことで維持されています。本研究課題では、タンパク質合成を司る翻訳マシナリーに着目し、細胞内での分布と動的な構造を同時に捉えることで、その統合的理解を目指します。RNAエンジニアリング技術を駆使して、特定の遺伝子を翻訳するリボソームの細胞内の座標を特定する新技術を開発し、「翻訳の現場」を高分解能で可視化します。
