Research overview：
環境の変化に応答する細胞内機構の解明のため、近年、野外で植物組織を多数採取してゲノム網羅的に遺伝子発現を観測する生態トランスクリプトームが注目されています。このデータは、乾燥などの環境ストレスとそれに応答する遺伝子を紐づけるための情報の宝庫と言える一方で、その解析手法がありません。このため、本研究では、生態トランスクリプトームから特定の環境変化で有意に働く遺伝子群を見出す統計解析手法を開発します。
