本研究では、希土類元素を用いたプローブを生体透過性の高い近赤外光で励起することで、生体深部における細胞の3次元マルチカラー光操作法を開発することを目指します。本手法により、従来困難であった生体深部における複数種の光活性化タンパク質の操作や、一細胞スケールでの三次元的な光操作が可能になります。
