Research overview：
都市域に発生する風は再現性が非常に低いランダムな現象であることから,十分に長く観測することではじめて,風の強さと発生頻度を正しく予測することができます.しかし,そのための長時間の観測が,実験や数値解析の試行負荷を非常に大きくしています.そこで,都市域の強風や弱風を予測する風環境評価を具体例として,ランダム性の高い現象の強さと発生頻度を,長時間観測を行わずに推定する新しい評価方法を提案します.
