Research overview：
体細胞のリプログラミングは個体内でも生理的および内因性に生じうることが徐々に明らかになってきました。本研究では、造血幹細胞が体細胞に遺伝子/蛋白を供給して幹細胞化を誘導し、障害を受けた組織の再生に貢献しているとの予備的実験成果に立脚して、この分子機序を明らかにします。また、体内でこのような幹細胞化を受け入れる特殊な細胞を定義し、単離することにより、造血幹細胞による組織再生の画期的治療法の開発を目指します。
