Research overview：
二次元物質を組み合わせて生み出される超構造の可能性は広大です。本研究では二次元物質を対象に構造・組成制御を極限まで突き詰めることで未踏の二次元超構造を創製する方法論を確立します。さらに、生み出される新奇二次元超構造の特異な電子状態を利活用した新たな電子デバイスへの展開を図ります。
