Research overview：
癌細胞はブレブと呼ばれる動的な細胞膜構造を形成して運動します。本研究提案では、ブレブに着目することによって明らかになった「細胞質を区画化し、その一部においての特定のタンパク質の組成を変化させる分子機構」や「細胞質の流動性を局所的に変化させる分子機構」など、細胞質の持つユニークな性質を解き明かします。そして、それらの異常がどのような病態を引き起こすかについて明らかにします。
