Research overview：
自然界のタンパク質における構造とその機能は、ポリペプチド鎖の配列情報に基づいて高度にプログラム化されています。本研究では、10残基以下のペプチド断片を可逆な結合によって連結した分子鎖(可逆的ペプチド鎖)が生み出す特異なナノ構造の探索と機能化を行います。可逆性のある連結を組み込むことによって、通常のポリペプチド鎖では抑制されていた潜在的な特異なトポロジー構造を誘起し、新奇ナノ構造群を創出します。
