Research overview：
プロテアーゼ活性化受容体(PAR)は創薬標的として重要なG蛋白質共役型の受容体であり、4種の受容体が同定されている。中でもPAR-2は細菌感染に伴う炎症や免疫応答反応に重要であり、細菌感染により上昇する。従って、PAR-2活性阻害剤は新規医薬品の可能性を秘めているが、今までPAR-2を標的としたアンタゴニストは未開発である。本研究は創薬シーズの一つとして、DNAアプタマー作製技術を利用してPAR-2アンタゴニストの開発を行なうものである。
