森林やバイオマスエネルギーの高度利用を含む地域の自然資源活用により、脱石油型の地域産業や、小規模ながらも多くの生業(百業)の組み合わせで生活する、派手ではないが豊かな精神性をもつ低炭素型の地域のスタイル(Bスタイル)を定式化し、その要件と実現方法を開発するとともに、その普及の有効性を検証する。
