Research overview：
強く絞りこんだ円偏光レーザー光を、GaAs-GaAsP歪み超格子結晶薄膜に照射し、特定のスピン状態にある価電子のみを伝導帯へ励起する方法により、高偏極度並びに高輝度・大電流をもったスピン偏極電子源を開発します。これを用いて電子顕微鏡によるナノ磁区構造の実時間観察などを可能にします。
