知的創造作業のためのソフトウェアは、従来の「機能」を中心とする視点ではなくユーザとのインタラクションという視点から捉えデザインすることが必要です。そのために、(1)優れたインタラクションの収集、(2)他のタスクへの応用による汎用性の検証、(3)インタラクション表現モデルの構築、(4)それが適する認知モードとの対応づけ、および (5)それに基づくインタラクションパタンカタログの構築を行ないます。
