Research overview：
本研究開発では、50°Cと70°Cに生育至適温度を有する2種類の水素細菌を使用して、二酸化炭素ガス固定系やエネルギー獲得系の高効率化、また新規手法の適用によるバイオマスや有用物質の高生産性化を目指します。こうした目的達成のために、(1)二酸化炭素ガス固定酵素の高効率化、(2)エネルギー獲得系の高効率化、(3)二酸化炭素ガスからのもの作りシステムの開発、(4)新規培養手法の開発、を推進します。
