Research overview：
本研究では、高キャリア濃度中の電子や正孔を情報担体と定義して、そのキャリア濃度をアクティブに制御する革新的アイデアに基づき、熱を自在に制御するデバイスの創製にチャレンジします。さらに制御する熱流束を厳密に測定する手法として、高温で安定なP/N型ドーピングされた原子層材料を用いた超極薄のフレキシブルな熱流束センサの創出にも挑戦します。
