1トランジスタ-1キャパシタ(1T-1C)型の不揮発性強誘電体メモリ(FeRAM)の高集積化のためには三次元立体強誘電体キャパシタの形成技術の確立が急務である。本申請課題では、1T-1C型FeRAMへの応用を目的として、段差被覆性に優れたIr系電極薄膜形成技術(有機金属化学気相堆積法)の開発に取り組む。
