Research overview：
光合成の初期過程では、数種類の膜タンパク質・クロロフィル色素複合体が特殊な集合体を形成し、それらが協同的に連動して機能しています。本研究では、分子集合体の動作機構を分子レベルで明らかにすることにより、究極の物質・エネルギー変換システムとしての光合成システムを分子集合系として理解し、太陽光を利用した新規なエネルギー変換・炭素固定化システムの構築へと展開します。
