Research overview：
本プロジェクトにおいては、これまでに見出した、熱電性能を増強できる、磁性(磁気相互作用やスピン揺らぎ)を活用した比較的高温においても有効な増強効果とナノ構造による増強効果の顕著な成果と知見を融合させて、熱電冷却に使われているBi2Te3系の材料やモジュールの代替に成り得る高性能な磁性半導体熱電材料とデバイスを開発し、熱電発電の実用化への道筋を明確に確立する。
