Research overview：
サイズと構造が均一であるタンパク質を自由自在に集積することができれば様々な応用が期待できるため,近年,タンパク質超分子の作製に関する研究が注目されている。本研究では,研究代表者が行ってきた3Dドメインスワッピング(3D-DS)の研究をさらに発展させ,3D-DSに関する基礎から応用まで実験と理論の包括的な研究を行い,3D-DSによるタンパク質自在配列の基盤学理を創成するとともに,革新的医薬品の開発を目指す。
