Research overview：
本試験では、微小化学分析等で用いられているチップ(プレート)に埋めこまれたポンプを、磁気を用いてワイヤレスで動作させるシステムを開発することを目的とする。具体的には、マシン構造の設計、マイクロマシンの製作、基本特性解明実験、実機に近いプロトタイプによる実証実験を行う。
