Research overview：
粒径2 nm以下の金属ナノ粒子は室温でクーロン閉塞現象を示すことから、単電子トンネル効果を利用したナノ電子デバイスへの応用が期待されています。本研究では、金属ナノ粒子を保護している配位子間の相互作用を利用することにより、粒子間距離および組織化パターンを制御した2nm以下の金属ナノ粒子の二次元、三次元超格子を創製し、そのナノ電子デバイスへの応用を目指します。
