本研究は、3次元構造に対して高い被覆性と高い形成速度を両立させる酸化物膜の形成手法を開発することを目的とする研究である。大気圧下で成膜可能な新規手法を用いて、高スループットかつ高い被覆性を実現できる技術を確立する。
