Research overview：
電池や触媒のような複雑な試料の内部構造を非破壊・高分解能で可視化するために、高分解能X線顕微鏡が求められています。空間分解能はレンズの作製誤差によって劣化しますが、高分解能X線レンズの作製はすでに技術的限界に到達しつつあり、ブレイクスルーが必要です。この問題を解決するために、アダプティブ反射レンズを用いた超高分解能X線顕微鏡の実現に挑戦します。これによって電子顕微鏡に匹敵する分解能を目指します。
