Research overview：
近年、発癌物質の標的が生体内に存在する組織幹細胞であることが示唆されており、幹細胞への直接的な影響を評価することができる新規発癌性スクリーニング法は有用な評価ツールである。本課題では遺伝毒性スクリーニングに胚性幹細胞を利用することの妥当性を検証する。
