Overview:
gGENEPID is an integrated database for pathogen genome and epidemiological investigation. It contains genome information about 35 pathogens stipulated in the Infectious Diseases Control Law from NCBI public data and lists the analyzed data such as project name (NCBI link), region, species, host disease, and collection date for each organism. It summarizes regions and years of data with pie graphs on the global map.
