Overview:
INstruct is a database of protein interactome networks in human and six model organisms. In this site, protein-protein interaction interfaces have been identified based on structural information derived from co-crystal evidence in PDB. A record shows the protein-protein interaction as domain interaction, and it also shows suggested proteins that interact via the same domain pairs as queried proteins.
