【請求項1】第1の環境で利用者に蓄積された温度負荷を軽減するための第2の環境に前記利用者をばく露させるときに用いる温度負荷軽減装置(20)であって、前記利用者の外殻温度と、前記第1の環境の温度である負荷温度と、前記第2の環境の温度である軽減温度と、前記第2の環境に前記利用者をばく露させる時間である軽減時間との相関関係に基づいて、前記外殻温度を目標値に設定し、前記負荷温度と、前記軽減温度及び前記軽減時間の一方とを入力として、前記軽減温度及び前記軽減時間の他方を出力する制御部(10)を備え、前記第1の環境は、前記第2の環境とは異なる場所であり、前記制御部(10)は、前記第2の環境に前記利用者をばく露させるときに、前記軽減温度及び前記軽減時間の前記他方を出力する温度負荷軽減装置。
