Research overview：
ペプチドに代表される生体中分子は、次世代バイオ医薬としての応用が期待される機能性分子である。本研究では、生体中分子に関する大規模膜透過実験データと分子シミュレーション、機械学習の融合により、生体中分子の受動的細胞膜透過予測と理解に向けたデータ駆動型研究を実施します。究極的には、膜透過分子デザインアルゴリズムを構築し、膜透過性人工生体中分子の創造に挑戦します。
