Research overview：
細胞集団に存在する不均一性を正しく理解するためには、単一細胞レベルで細胞機能を操作、観察可能な技術開発が重要です。本研究では単一細胞内へ挿入したナノワイヤー上で起こる非線形光学現象やプラズモン現象を用いて、単一細胞内ナノメートル領域での光反応場の制御を実現し、遺伝子やタンパク質を確実に導入する技術と、分子導入が起こす細胞機能変化を定量的に単一細胞レベルで検出可能な技術開発に挑戦します。
