Research overview：
植物は多様化した免疫受容体がつくる分子ネットワークを利用することで、多種多様な病原体を認識し、免疫応答を誘導します。本研究では、病害抵抗性を示す植物種のゲノム情報から有用な免疫受容体遺伝子を発掘し、機能予測及び機能評価を進め、免疫受容体ネットワークの全容を解明します。そして、その成果を免疫受容体ネットワーク活用型の新規抵抗性技術の開発に繋げます。
