本研究ではスピントロニクス確率ビットデバイスの動作原理に関わる材料・構造特性の解明と高性能化、及びスピントロニクスデバイス・材料における量子機能の創出により既存の決定論的コンピューティングの物理限界を超えることを目指します。磁性体スピントロニクス研究と量子スピン研究の材料・物理スケール・ハードウェアのギャップを埋めることで世界に先駆けた「超スマート社会」の実現に必要不可欠な基盤技術を開発します。
