Research overview：
本研究では接触調査を行うことで都市における人々の接触の性質を明らかにし、GPSなどの大規模人流データによって推定された接触との比較を行います。接触調査の結果を利用して感染拡大の数理モデルを構築し、さまざまな地理的スケールにおける感染拡大のシミュレーションを行います。また、疫学データ等の実証分析を行い、モデルと実際の感染拡大を比較するほか、シミュレーション結果を理論的に理解することを目指します。
