SDGsに貢献するため、植物原料の利用率を向上させる完全亜臨界状態を精密に制御する技術を用いて、β糖質をはじめとする希少糖質やポリフェノール類、配糖体などの高付加価値素材を安価に製造する技術を実用化する。適用する植物原料の幅を広げ、液密亜臨界制御機能を持つ水熱反応技術の反応場を提供するベンチャー企業の設立を目指す。
