Research overview：
蛋白質構造中に機能性ユニットを自在に配列した分岐構造を作り出すことができれば、その構造に依存した新しい機能を生み出せます。本研究では直列と分岐の蛋白質間連結を組み合わせて、機能性蛋白質ユニットを分岐連結した前例のないデンドリマー様の連結構造体を作り出します。小型抗体や酵素など、様々な機能性ユニットを自在に分岐連結させ、医薬品への応用や酵素の複合体など新しい分子群の創成を目指します。
