ナノポア計測は一分子を電気的に精密に計測する技術です。本研究では、アミノ酸配列を人工的に設計(de novo設計)したペプチドナノポアを構築します。アミノ酸配列を自在に設計したナノポアで様々な分子輸送の計測・制御を実現します。
