Research overview：
相分離タンパク質・RNAを用いた人工非膜型オルガネラ研究が近年報告されていますが、天然を超えるような機能を創出することは未だ困難です。本研究では、一億種類という高多様性ライブラリーを用いた、相分離タンパク質・非膜型オルガネラの分子進化系を構築し、コンパクトなde novo相分離タンパク質タグの開発や高効率カスケード反応を可能にする人工オルガネラの創成を目指します。
